Job Description:
• Define and develop marketing strategy, focused on short term as well as long term activities.
• Manage revenue, margin targets and market share worldwide.
• Own the Product and Marketing roadmap and Go-To-Market strategy.
• Manage eco-system and partnership.
• Build a European customer base.
• Develop and execute an integrated strategy by creating market intelligence materials, including collecting and analyzing the competitive landscape, the market requirements and industry changes.
• Own the commercial aspects in cooperation with Sales.
• Effectively collaborate with Sales and Research and Development functions to service the account effectively and enabling the sales teams with clear product value propositions.
• Conduct business travel to be close to our customer base, sales teams and R&D teams.
Qualification Requirement:
• A relevant Master’s degree, preferably commercially/business oriented.
• 5+ years of industry experience with a proven track record of successful product marketing management in the automotive industry.
• Technology savviness with a high interest in and passionate about Voice & Audio.
• Entrepreneurial DNA accompanied by independent, innovative and creative thinking.
• Self-driven experience change agent with a high infatuating energy level.
• Capability to think strategic and act pragmatic.
• Solid influencing, presentation and motivational skills.
• Outstanding communication skills in English, German and French are considered a plus.
