Job Description:

1. Responsible for managing the customer quality issues and complaints with engineer team and production team, tracking and collecting client product quality data, and leading the rectification and closure of quality issues;

2. Responsible for coordinating customer quality requirements analysis and internal and external communication, as well as establishing, managing and outputting external quality documents;

3. Responsible for analyzing failed chips, preparing quality analysis report, communicating with customers to discuss and solve quality problems.

Qualification Requirement:

1. Major in electronics with bachelor degree or above; Familiar with IC development, manufacturing and software development process;

2. Over 15 years of working experience, with at least 3 years of experience in customer quality work, excellent logical thinking, language expression and communication skills, as well as outstanding ability to drive problem solving;

3. Good service awareness and sense of responsibility;

4. Language requirements: Proficient in Korean, with a certain level of proficiency in listening and speaking Chinese or English.

1.전자류 전공, 능숙한 IC 개발, 제조 및 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스를 숙지, 학부 이상 학력.

2.15년이상의 경력,3년 이상의 고객 품질 경험, 우수한 논리적 사고와 언어 표현 능력, 우수한 커뮤니케이션 추진 능력.

3.좋은 서비스 마인드, 책임감.

4.언어요구:한국어 능통,일정한 중국어와영어에 구사능력도 갖춰야함.
